For damaged or worthless furniture, head to your local recycling centre (recyparc).

What goes to the recycling centre

  • Wooden furniture (wood container)
  • Metal furniture (scrap)
  • Mattresses (bulky items - often paid)
  • Sofas (bulky items)
Beware of fly-tipping!

Abandoning furniture on the pavement or in nature is prohibited and can result in fines of up to 625 euros in Belgium.
